El Alfa El Jefe is the name of rapper Emanuel Herrera Batista, also known as El Alfa. In Bajos de Haina, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic was where Batista’s birth took place on December 18, 1990. He has not shared any information about his parents or siblings, however. Batista’s goal was always to be a barber, but she never considered becoming a rapper.
