The Nigerian entertainer shared in an interview with This Day how he started his acting career accidentally during his university days.

Ikeagwu has been in many notable movies for years, such as 30 Days, The Wrong Woman, Distance Between, Between Two Worlds, and the Irish film Rapt In Éire. He made appearances on TV shows like Domino, 168, and Doctors’ Quarters.

Ikeagwu’s fame in the Nigerian entertainment industry is largely due to his role as ‘Alhaji Abubakar’ in the hit TV series Tinsel. He has become a versatile and respected actor due to his commitment to each project, and he can seamlessly transition between genres and roles.

Sammy Egbemawei, Abba Makama, and Africa Ukoh were responsible for writing the film Three Thieves in 2019. Ikeagwu played a role in it. October 2019 saw the release of the film, which featured Angel Unigwe, in cinemas in Nigeria.
